About the course

Most founders who want to manufacture a physical product start in the same place: they have an idea, some budget, and a lot of unanswered questions. What does the process actually look like? Where do you start? What does a factory need from you before they'll take you seriously? How much is this going to cost, really? Morpho Campus was built to answer those questions in order. This is a structured manufacturing course taught by Josh Fairbairn and the Morpho team. Morpho has spent more than 14 years working with founders across product categories, guiding over 1,000 of them through prototyping, tooling, supplier selection, compliance, costing, and mass production. The course is their knowledge put into a system any first-time founder can follow. You move through the full idea-to-shelf journey across 15 modules. You learn how to define your product properly before spending money on development. How to use supplier research to sharpen your concept before committing to anything. How quality control works, why it has to start early, and what happens when it doesn't. How to calculate landed cost, negotiate MOQs, plan your capital, and get your first shipment from factory to customer. By the end, you have a 12-month manufacturing roadmap and enough working knowledge to make real decisions with real suppliers. This is not a get-rich course. It does not promise a product launch or a path to funding. What it gives you is clarity on how manufacturing actually works, so you stop losing time and money figuring it out the hard way. One-time purchase. One year of access on Thinkific. Start whenever you're ready.

Josh Fairbairn + Morpho Team

Founder and chief executive of Morpho, a China-based manufacturing partner that helps founders take physical products from early-stage development through production and scaling. Morpho was born after Josh’s own crowdfunding campaign failed due to manufacturing mismatch—he refunded backers, then built Morpho to help other founders avoid the same manufacturing pitfalls. Morpho is a global product design and manufacturing company that helps startups and founders turn ideas into factory-ready products. With teams in China, North America, and Latin America, Morpho has guided more than 1,000 founders through prototyping, tooling, and mass production — helping launch over 2000 products worldwide.
